The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced the launch of a new scheme on October 9 under which they will be selling over 1000 plots near Jewar Airport. The plots will be available in various configuration and buyers will get the allotment after two years.
As per the authority officials, interested buyers can apply online for the scheme from October 11, while the brochures will be available from October 15. The plots will range between 120 and 500 square meters and they will be located in sectors 18, 19, 20, 22A, 22C and 22D.
The USP of the plots will be that they are just 5 to 7 kilometers away from the proposed Jewar International Airport and hence will offer good ROI in future too, once the airport will become operational.
The online application process would start on October 11 and end on November 10. The allotment would be done through a lucky draw that will be held on December 21. Property buyers can also visit the branches of HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank to know more about the scheme from October 15.
The number of plots in some configuration may also increase in future. “The price of these plots is fixed at Rs 15,600 per square meter. Buyers will have the option to make the payment in one time or go for paying in installments.” added officials.
However, only individual buyers can apply for plots under this scheme. The scheme is not open to real estate developers. An applicant can apply for one plot only. Those buyers who have been allotted plots by the YEIDA earlier cannot apply in this scheme.
