The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is all set to allot over 1200 ready to move flats in the two sectors of Greater Noida from October 10. The new housing scheme will offer multi-storey apartments, located in Sector 12 and Omicron 1. The announcement has been made keeping in mind the festive season which is going to start from Wednesday.
According to the scheme, the Authority will offer possession of 1, 246 housing units of various configurations i.e. 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3-BHK flats with modern amenities. All the information about the scheme will be made available on the GNIDA website.
Elaborating the scheme, Sachin Kumar, officer on special duty (OSD), GNIDA, said, “The homebuyers can visit the authority’s website from Wednesday for the possession of these flats. We will analyse the applications and allot the homes to suitable buyers after payment,”
He also added that the interested homebuyers would be able to download the brochure and see the allotment process, eligibility criteria and other details of the scheme. The allottees will have to pay the total premium after adjusting the 10% registration amount within 90 days from the date of allotment.
Under the scheme, the authority has developed a total of 987 flats in Sector Omicron 1 and the rest are constructed in Sector 12. Based on the space and the amenities, the price of the apartments ranges from Rs 28 lakh to 74 lakh.
“All these apartments are surrounded by ample greens and are located near educational institutions and Pari Chowk. Both the locations enjoy seamless connectivity to Delhi and NCR. Also, the metro station will be operational soon which will further provide last mile connectivity. The proposed Jewar airport will be located at a distance of 20 kilometers from the apartments.” A senior authority official added.
Moreover, real estate experts welcomed this move of the Greater Noida authority and said that this move will boost the realty market of the region as homebuyers make a good investment during this auspicious festive season.
In order to add momentum in the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna expressway real estate market, UP CM had also directed authority officials to ensure the delivery of the 50,000 houses in these three regions within a next few months.
