Clean Your Mattress

Did you know that about 70 percent of the dust underneath your bed is actually dead skin? So basically we are sleeping in a web of microbes. You sure clean your bedsheet and pillow covers regularly. But the mattress also needs to be cleaned once a year. An easy way to clean it is to sprinkle baking soda then leave it for 15 minutes; suck up with powerful vacuum.
