Are you one of those dream home aspirants who could not win a flat in the last DDA applications? Do not lose hope. Here is yet another chance to overcome the disappointment of that unsuccessful application. By the end of 2016, Delhi Development Authority is going to come up with its next housing scheme and it is rumoured that it is going to be the biggest ever home allocations by the agency. The scheme is going to roll out more than 60,000 housing projects in Delhi.
As always, DDA is going to concentrate more on the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and the Middle Income Group (MIG). This is why a larger part of these 60k flats will be one-bedroom apartments and comparatively affordable and will be tailor made to suit the budget and requirements of these two buyers segments.
